Payment Due. Payment is required up front so that I can source your cutters, sprinkles and packaging. Your payment reserves your pick-up date too!
Refunds. I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds later as your cutter order has likely been placed.
Pick-up Dates and Times. Delivery and pick-up times are set upon ordering. All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 20 miles and with an additional fee of $20.
Weather Clause. If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pick-up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible.
Change Cutoff. Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made up until 7 days prior to pick-up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.
In a hurry? While we can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, we will make our best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of less than 7 days will require a rush fee of $10 per dozen.
Order Minimum. A minimum of one dozen is required on all orders. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a pop-up announcement.
Inspiration. Thanks so much for bringing those inspo photos! They’re just that – inspiring. Your cookies may not be perfect replicas, but we’ll try keeping it close.
Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While we can do our best to accommodate, we can’t guarantee allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – we may have a referral for you!
Cottage Food Laws. All orders have been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Missouri Health Department. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free.
